Evaluasi Efektivitas Sistem Manajemen dalam Pengelolaan Organisasi Sosial di Indonesia

Abstract

Manajemen yang efektif dalam organisasi sosial di Indonesia menjadi krusial dalam menghadapi beragam tantangan sosial yang kompleks. Evaluasi terhadap efektivitas sistem manajemen dalam konteks ini memegang peranan penting dalam memastikan keberlanjutan dan dampak yang positif dari aktivitas organisasi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk melakukan tinjauan mendalam terhadap literatur terbaru terkait evaluasi efektivitas sistem manajemen dalam pengelolaan organisasi sosial di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada publikasi-publikasi yang diterbitkan setelah tahun 2019. Melalui metode literature review, artikel ini mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kunci yang memengaruhi keberhasilan sistem manajemen dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi sosial, termasuk aspek-aspek seperti keberlanjutan kegiatan, partisipasi masyarakat, kualitas layanan, dan manajemen risiko. Hasil tinjauan menyediakan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang tren terkini dalam evaluasi sistem manajemen organisasi sosial di Indonesia, serta implikasinya dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan dampak positif bagi masyarakat yang dilayani. Artikel ini juga memberikan rekomendasi praktis untuk pemangku kepentingan, baik di tingkat praktisi maupun akademisi, dalam mengoptimalkan sistem manajemen organisasi sosial guna mencapai tujuan yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan.
