Effektivitas Metode Edukasi Brainstrorming untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Kasus di Lahan Praktik pada Mahasiswa Profesi Ners

Abstract

This research in purpose to explain the effectiveness of learning the Brainstorming method on the ability to understand cases on practical land. The research design used was Nonequivalent Control Group Design which consisted of experimental groups, the experiment group was Brainstorming method and the control group with conventional methods, then all groups assessed the level of understanding of cases in during the pre and post experiment. The results of this study, in the intervention group, were more meaningful with a P value of 0,000 compared to the control group. This proves that brainstorming education is more effective to be applied to improve the case understanding of Ners professional students on practical land.or hospitals it is expected to be able to apply the brainstorming education method to students who are practicing. For nursing services, it is expected to be able to provide debriefing and simulations for professional students related to brainstorming education methods before students enter the field.
