Analisis Level Kinerja Practitioner Melalui Aktivitas Belajar Siswa

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of practitioner performance through student learning activities. The student practitioner performance level is seen when solving mathematical problems (story questions) sub-topics discussed number. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. Data analysis techniques were used with validity and source triangulation. In this study the subjects of class VII were taken as many as 6 people. Data retrieval method uses observation and questions (problems). Data is observed by using observation sheet instruments, while questions with realistic media. The results of the instrument validation research on the observation sheet used the Va value for the test questions obtained by the results of 2.9, so the instrument was said to be valid. Based on observations, ST fulfills all activities well, but in activities related to courage, it still cannot be said that it is always brave in responding and asking questions / opinions firmly, SS fulfills 3 of 6 student activities well. This result is the same for 2 subjects taken. SR fulfills 5 of 6 student activities well. This result is the same for 2 subjects taken. Conclusion in this study is the level of performance of the Practitioner students have different fulfillment of critical standards through student learning activities. Students with high ability categories (ST) can fulfill all critical standard indicators while students with moderate (SS) and low ability (SR) categories cannot fulfill.
