Employee performance in civil registration administration is essential for community needs related to population data. The lack of human resource skills poses challenges for employees in providing effective and efficient services, leading to dissatisfaction among individuals dealing with population documents. The research employs a qualitative descriptive research method to examine the conditions of a specific object. The type of research used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques in literature and the field use questionnaires distributed to students of SMAN 04 Tambun Selatan. Hypothesis testing uses full model Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with smartPLS. The results obtained by the Intrinsic Motivation Variable (X) x Organizational Climate (Z) x Student Performance (Y) show that the p-values ​​are 0.00 &lt; 0.05, so there is a significant positive influence between the intrinsic motivation variable on student performance which is mediated by the organizational climate at SMAN 04 Tambun Selatan. In conclusion, there is a significant positive influence between intrinsic motivation variables on student performance which is mediated by organizational climate at SMAN 04 Tambun Selatan. This research uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. This research was carried out at SMAN 2 Semarang. The research subjects consisted of the Principal, Teacher Council, and students. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation, and data analysis techniques using the interactive model from Miles and Huberman, where the analysis process is carried out simultaneously with the observation and interview process, and documentation is directly analyzed. As a result of the research, it is essential to know how character and ethical education are implemented and how the principal's performance influences the implementation of Islamic character and moral education at SMAN 2 Semarang. A total of 100 employees as respondents indicated their feelings at work which were assessed through Job Training, Work Motivation, Work Rewards and Work Discipline in their work environment at Medan Adventist Hospital. With an instrument of 35statements that will be answered according to the conditions of each employee.
