This study aims to analyze the performance of employees in the Civil Registration Administration Service in the Village of Kajeksan, Tulangan District, Sidoarjo Regency. Employee performance in civil registration administration is essential for community needs related to population data. The lack of human resource skills poses challenges for employees in providing effective and efficient services, leading to dissatisfaction among individuals dealing with population documents. The research employs a qualitative descriptive research method to examine the conditions of a specific object. The results indicate that; The quality of employee performance is good in utilizing the information technology available, with employees fulfilling their duties and responsibilities; The quantity of employee performance is optimally sufficient, even when handling a large number of documents, despite server constraints; Timeliness of employee performance is reasonably optimal, considering the ability to provide services within a timely manner, although there are server-related challenges; The effectiveness of employee performance ensures the delivery of the best services, facilitated by technological tools; Employee self-reliance is optimal, with individual capabilities aligning with the community's expectations for processing population documents.

This research aims to analyze the influence of intrinsic motivation on student performance mediated by the organizational climate at SMAN 4 Tambun Selatan. The type of research used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques in literature and the field use questionnaires distributed to students of SMAN 04 Tambun Selatan. Hypothesis testing uses full model Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with smartPLS. The results obtained by the Intrinsic Motivation Variable (X) x Organizational Climate (Z) x Student Performance (Y) show that the p-values are 0.00 < 0.05, so there is a significant positive influence between the intrinsic motivation variable on student performance which is mediated by the organizational climate at SMAN 04 Tambun Selatan. In conclusion, there is a significant positive influence between intrinsic motivation variables on student performance which is mediated by organizational climate at SMAN 04 Tambun Selatan. Suggestions, schools can develop student motivation programs, improve organizational climate, or other efforts aimed at improving student performance.

This research aims to determine the influence of the principal's performance in implementing character and morals education at SMAN 2 Semarang and to determine the implementation of character and morals education at SMAN 2 Semarang. This research uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. This research was carried out at SMAN 2 Semarang. The research subjects consisted of the Principal, Teacher Council, and students. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation, and data analysis techniques using the interactive model from Miles and Huberman, where the analysis process is carried out simultaneously with the observation and interview process, and documentation is directly analyzed. As a result of the research, it is essential to know how character and ethical education are implemented and how the principal's performance influences the implementation of Islamic character and moral education at SMAN 2 Semarang. The conclusion is that the school principal's performance significantly affects the education of Islamic character and manners.

This research aims to review the factors that encourage conscious discipline among employees at the Medan Adventist Hospital. A total of 100 employees as respondents indicated their feelings at work which were assessed through Job Training, Work Motivation, Work Rewards and Work Discipline in their work environment at Medan Adventist Hospital. With an instrument of 35statements that will be answered according to the conditions of each employee. So, through multiple linear regression testing, results were found using the t test of = 3.873 > 1.649 with a significance of 0.00 > 0.05 on job training, so it was stated that Job Training had an effect but not significant on work discipline, t was = 0.828 > 1.649 with a significance of 0.410 > 0.05 on Work Motivation, it is stated that Work Motivation has a significant effect on work discipline, and t = 2.400 > 1.649 with a significance of 0.018 > 0.05 on Work Rewards, then it is stated that Work Rewards has a significant effect on work discipline.

This research aims to determine the implementation of facilities and infrastructure management to support the effectiveness of learning at the Aliyah Negeri 1 Pemekasan madrasah. The research method used is a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on this research, the results showed that the principal together with the teaching staff at MAN 1 Pamekasan held a meeting regarding planning facilities and infrastructure before the new school year, the principal also asked for input from each person responsible for providing sarpas both in the classroom and outside the classroom, procurement of facilities and Infrastructure is budgeted for BOS funds. Management of facilities and infrastructure at MAN 1 Pamekasan involves four teams, has operational standards (SOP), and uses a record book for borrowing goods. Two factors influence the implementation of facilities and infrastructure management, namely the driving factor for facilities and infrastructure management at MAN 1 Pamekasan is the support and attention from the government to continue building quality facilities for academic smoothness with school operational assistance (BOS), the inhibiting factor is the existence of sarpas are missing or damaged and on the one hand the budget is inadequate. In conclusion, complete facilities and infrastructure support the learning process and even support the achievement of educational goals.

This research aims to analyze empirical evidence regarding the influence of principal leadership and teacher training on teacher performance with competency as a mediating variable. This research method uses quantitative methods from secondary data sources, namely data obtained indirectly from information sources but rather obtained through intermediary media. The population of this research is 60 respondents from the Marsudirini Bogor Foundation. The sampling technique in this research is Non-Probability Sampling from the population, namely a sampling technique based on chance. The research results show that the principal's leadership has no effect on teacher competence. Training has a significant positive effect on teacher competency. The principal's leadership has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. Training has no effect on teacher performance. Teacher competency has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. The principal's leadership has no effect on teacher performance through teacher competency. The principal's leadership has a significant positive effect on teacher performance through teacher competency.

This research aims to determine the educational management of the Nurul Huda Islamic boarding school in the 5.0 era. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach, with the research object being the Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School. Data analysis used analysis before in the field and during the field such as data reduction, data presentation, and Conclusion Drawing/Verification. Data collection procedures commonly used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that in implementing the quality management of Islamic boarding schools, cooperation, and mutual reminders are needed so that the work programs that have been designed continue to improve so that the quality of Islamic boarding school education and graduates will be great. There are several supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of quality management in Islamic boarding schools, namely lack of awareness of the management in carrying out the tasks and responsibilities that have been given because they are busy with their interests, teachers are less active in teaching and often neglect the work program that has been designed. so that in its implementation many work programs were neglected. In conclusion, the quality management of Islamic boarding school education needs to be formulated carefully to be able to produce quality educational output.

Revolusi adalah perubahan yang mendasar pada aktivitas manusia dalam menyesuaikan diri dengan tuntutan kehidupan. Proses ini akan mempengaruhi system pendidikan yang akan dijalankan, dimana pendidikan harus mampu membekali peserta didik dengan keterampilan mencari, menganalisa, menemukan, menyimpulkan, kemudian menyampaikan serta tata cara menggunakan informasi dan teknologi. Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 memberikan tuntutan tersendiri bagi dunia pendidikan, lembaga pendidikan harus mempersiapkan pendekatan baru dalam bidang pendidikan, lembaga pendidikan harus memiliki literasi baru berupa literasi data, teknologi dan sumber daya manusia.

Pendidikan pada era revolusi industri 4.0 harus mampu meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan sumber daya manusia, adaptasi dan pembaharuan dalam komponen pendidikan, peningkatan kompetensi dan keterampilan pendidik dan melibatkan teknologi pada proses pembelajaran. Kurikulum harus mampu meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik yang siap menghadapi era revolusi industri dengan penekanan pada bidang Science, Technology, Engineering, dan Mathematics (STEM). Agar dapat melahirkan peserta didik yang sesuai dengan tuntutan zaman, dibutuhkan Sekolah yang memiliki budaya organisasi yang kuat (Bayar,2021)

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk medskripsikan bahwa memperkuat budaya organisasi sekolah merupakan salah satu usaha untuk meningkatkan prestasi peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan kajian literatur pada beberapa hasil penelitian. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik observasi dan dokumentasi. Data diolah dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber. Temuan dari penelitian ini menyatakan 1) Budaya Organisasi Sekolah yang kuat dapat membantu meningkatkan kemampuan perserta didik. 2) Budaya Organiasi sekolah yang lemah menjadikan komitmen kerja guru rendah. 3) Komitmen kerja yang rendah menyebabkan prestasi peserta didik juga rendah.

This research aims to apply Immanuel Kant's ethical framework to examine the moral implications of the privatization of education on State Legal Entity Higher Education Institutions. The study identifies the primary emphasis of ethical analysis on structural changes, tuition fee increases, resource allocation, and stakeholders' perspectives using a literature review approach. Inconsistencies between education privatization policies and the values of universality, fair treatment, and moral responsibility are highlighted by research utilizing the Kantian framework. The research findings indicate that the PTNBH's policy to privatize education raises ethical issues, particularly related to resource allocation, accessibility, and the moral obligations of the institution. This research aims to analyze the influence of interpersonal communication and work motivation on the job satisfaction of Angkasa Lanud Husein Sastranegara High School Foundation Teachers, Bandung City. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The respondents of this research were 46 teachers. The measuring scale in this research uses semantic differential. The analysis used was multiple linear regression and determination with the help of SPSS version 26.0 software. The research results show that interpersonal communication and work motivation partially have a positive influence on teacher job satisfaction. In addition, interpersonal communication and work motivation simultaneously have an influence on the job satisfaction of the Angkasa Lanud Husein Sastranegara High School Foundation Teachers, Bandung City.

The purpose of this research is to analyse how the readiness of senior high schools in implementing the independent learning program towards the era of society 5.0. The method in this research uses a qualitative literature study with a focus on the discussion of the independent curriculum and the independent learning programme. Data collection techniques were carried out by identifying and analysing literature from 10 national and 5 international journals, as well as independent learning policy guidelines through the Ministry of Education and Culture, state laws and regulations and internet readings. The results of this study formulate how to deal with society 5.0 in education: The government must try to increase equitable development and openness to expand internet connections throughout Indonesia; The government must be able to synchronise education and industry so that later college and school graduates can work in their fields and in accordance with the criteria needed by industry to reduce unemployment in Indonesia in the future. The positive aspects of the independent learning programme are that teachers are more free to be creative in teaching as much as possible and get to know the interests, talents, needs, and abilities of students. Good cooperation between teachers, school administrators, agencies, parents, and other stakeholders in the independent learning programme can accelerate the achievement of the goals of the national education system.

Studi Kasus Hubungan Supportive Leadership, Work Engagement dan Dominansi Otak TNI Satuan JASDAM XIV/HSN

This research examines subordinates' perceptions of supportive leadership relationships and the work engagement of TNI personnel. The research methods used in this research are quantitative and qualitative, with a cross-section research design. In this study, respondents consisting of 35 TNI personnel and one leader in the Jasdam XIV/HSN unit, which was the case study, were asked to fill out a supportive leadership & work engagement questionnaire, fingerprint testing using PRIADI Psychological Fingerprints and interviews as a medium for qualitative observation. The results show a positive relationship between supportive leadership & work engagement with an R2 (influence) value of 16.7%. Apart from that, the test results using PRiADI Psychological Fingerprints show that the leader's brain dominance is top left (analytical brain), the supportive leadership style has been implemented optimally by the leader as shown by giving rewards in the form of (attention, motivation, and encouragement) to subordinates. This can increase work engagement among TNI personnel from the Jasdam XIV/HSN unit, which is confirmed by the results of PRiADI Psychological Fingerprints and qualitative observations. In conclusion, supportive leadership can increase the work engagement of TNI personnel to improve the TNI's credibility in maintaining Indonesia's unity and integrity.

This research aims to determine the pattern of self-understanding and personality of school principals in improving teacher discipline at MTsN 2 Padang Lawas. This research uses qualitative research methodology combined with descriptive techniques. Research data collection techniques include documentation, interviews, and observation. Based on the findings and results of the discussion, it was concluded that the pattern of self-understanding and personality of the principal in improving teacher discipline at MTsN 2 Padang Lawas is still not being implemented optimally as expected, for this reason, it needs to be evaluated so that it is better, because there are still weaknesses in terms of example, ability to embrace school community, lack of enforcement of discipline, and the leadership style used still needs to be improved according to competence as a leader. The obstacle for school principals in improving teacher discipline is the need for more communication and cooperation with fellow teachers. Causing increased discipline in schools to be very ineffective in its implementation. In conclusion, the personality pattern and self-understanding of the principal in improving teacher discipline at MTsN 2 Padang Lawas is still not implemented as it should be

This research aims to build and confirm a conceptual interaction model between school policy, school climate, and Islamic religious learning in the context of student resilience. These four variables were tested by formulating six hypotheses. This research uses the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method to explore the interactive effects of school policies, school climate, and Islamic religious learning on student resilience. With a sample of 500 teachers and 500 students from Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in Bengkulu, this research used a validated questionnaire to measure these variables. Data were analyzed using the SmartPLS 4 application to evaluate measurement and structural models. The results of the analysis show that school policies have a positive and significant impact on student resilience with a coefficient of 0.212, a T value of 6.495, and a P value approaching 0.000; towards Islamic religious learning with a coefficient of 0.398, a T value of 14.137, and a P value approaching 0.000; and on school climate with a coefficient of 0.683, a T value of 22.063, and a P value approaching 0.000. School climate also positively and significantly impacts Islamic religious learning with a coefficient of 0.542, a T value of 19.079, and a P value of close to 0.000. It has a more minor but significant effect on student resilience with a coefficient of 0.164, a T value of 2.387, and a P value of 0.017. Islamic religious learning strongly impacts student resilience with a coefficient of 0.539, a T value of 10.580, and a P value approaching 0.000. In conclusion, these results confirm that the model built is well-structured and can be generalized.

This research aims to determine the implementation of strategic management in each educational unit, especially in madrasas. This research uses a qualitative approach, using interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. The data collected through various techniques is examined, and data reduction, data presentation, and data verification are carried out. The findings of the Strategic Environmental Analysis focus show that the strength of madrasas is that they have teacher resources with qualified teacher educational backgrounds; weaknesses, namely funding, are that the field could be narrower compared to the number of students. Opportunities include the existence of programs from the government for educational development, both for the development of teachers and school facilities and infrastructure, a religious community, as well as the high level of public interest in MAN and the geographical location of madrasas which facilitates community accessibility to education; and Challenges; it is shown that the challenges faced are competition with other schools in the same environment or nearby locations as well as increasingly complex societal demands and madrasah efforts to avoid moral degradation, especially the influence of information technology. In conclusion, Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Tabalong implements strategic management through internal and external environmental analysis.

This research analyzes the direct and indirect influence of the principal's instructional leadership, work environment, and job satisfaction on teacher performance at SMAN Kota Banjarbaru. The method used in this research is descriptive correlational, using a path analysis model to analyze the influence between variables. The research population was 163 teachers from 4 high schools in the Banjarbaru area, and 116 respondents were taken as research samples using the Slovin formula with the Proportionate Random Sampling technique. Data collection uses questionnaire instruments, and data analysis uses descriptive analysis, prerequisite tests, inferential tests, and path analysis. The results of the study of the regression coefficient values of the principal's instructional leadership variable on teacher performance were 0.327, the work environment variable on teacher performance was 0.334, the job satisfaction variable on teacher performance was 0.331, the principal's instructional leadership variable on the work environment was 0.876, the principal's instructional leadership variable on job satisfaction of 0.858, the principal's instructional leadership variable on teacher performance through the work environment is 0.293 and the principal's instructional leadership variable on teacher performance through job satisfaction is 0.284. In conclusion, there is a direct or partial influence of the principal's instructional leadership variables, work environment, and job satisfaction on the performance of high school teachers, and there is an indirect influence of the principal's instructional leadership on the performance of teachers in high school through intermediary media, either work environment or job satisfaction.

This research aims to describe the management of special education vocational skills development. The sample in this study used purposive sampling. Data sources for this research include school principals, teachers, and education staff. Data analysis using descriptive analysis begins with data condensation, data presentation, and drawing and verifying conclusions. Meanwhile, the technique for checking the validity of the data is carried out through diligent observation and triangulation. The results of the research show that vocational skills development management is implemented by fulfilling the stages of the management function, which consist of planning, including analysis of community needs, formulation of the school's vision and mission, planning appropriate learning resources, planning to improve the quality and professionalism of teachers, funding planning, field planning facilities and infrastructure and forms of special service planning; organizing includes determining the organizational structure, placement of teachers and students, determining the position of skills education, allocating facilities and infrastructure; implementation of skills education is carried out through learning strategies, the role of teachers and partnerships with DUDI; control is carried out by conducting supervision, assessing learning outcomes and the quality of education (academic and non-academic). In conclusion, the management of vocational skills development at SLB-C Negeri Pembina Banjarbaru and SLB Negeri Banjarbaru City, namely the management that has been carried out, has been implemented.

This research was conducted to find out The Influence of One Day Service (ODS) Service Quality and PMB Facilities on the Satisfaction of Prospective Students in 2022 at PGRI University Palembang. The data collection method used to obtain data in this research is field research. Namely, research is carried out directly by distributing questionnaires to respondents deemed to meet the requirements. The primary data source used was primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. This questionnaire measures the quality of one-day service (ODS), PMB facilities, and prospective student satisfaction. The research results based on data processing with the help of the SPSS version 26 for window program, obtained simultaneous results (F Test) showed that Fcount was 72.307 > Ftable 3.10 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is an influence between the quality of one day service (ODS) (X1) and PMB facilities (X2) together (simultaneously) on prospective student satisfaction (Y). And the coefficient of determination results show that the R2 value is 0.611, which means 61.1%. The one-day service (ODS) service quality variable and the PMB facility variable can be explained, while 38.9% (100% - 61.1%) is influenced by other variables not studied. Conclusion, There is an influence between the quality of One Day Service (ODS) (X1) and PMB facilities (X2) together (simultaneously) on prospective student satisfaction (Y),

This research aims to explore and examine information that analyzes technological advances and emerging issues related to their impact on ethics in Islamic education. The method used is a literature review by analyzing sources or data from scientific journals on topics relevant to the research. The research results show that the presence of technology is very helpful and makes daily activities easier, including supporting various activities in the educational sector. However, if used unwisely, technology can cause user ethics to decline. Islamic education is a solution in dealing with this problem through implementing learning based on Islamic methods and enforcing an Islamic education system to form good faith and character.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi manajemen konflik dalam pendidikan agama di MAN 2 Lebong. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MAN 2 Lebong menerapkan program pendidikan karakter, mediasi dan transparansi sebagai tindakan manajemen konfliknya. Simpulan, implementasi manajemen konflik di MAN 2 Lebong tergolong sudah tepat dalam menyikapi segala permasalahan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Agama Islam.

This study aims to determine and explain the influence of employee competence on service quality. The population in this study is the community that has been served. The sample technique used in this study was non-probability sampling. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The respondents in this study were 96 people. The data collection used is a questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, namely frequency analysis and simple linear regression in inferential analysis. The results showed that employee competence has a positive and significant effect on service quality, where the better the competence of employees, the higher the quality of service provided, so that the satisfaction felt by the community is determined by the extent to which the quality of service is provided. In conclusion, there is a significant influence between team member competence and service quality

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on the performance of educational staff, both simultaneously and partially. This type of research is quantitative, with 44 respondents for variables X1, descriptive, and associative, with the SPSS version 26 program as a data processing tool. This research shows that organizational culture and work motivation simultaneously influence the performance of the Assakinah Sejahtera Foundation education staff at West Bandung Regency. Then, organizational culture does not affect the performance of education staff, and work motivation has a positive effect on the performance of education staff. In conclusion, the performance assessment shows a decline in the Assakinah Sejahtera Foundation Education Personnel, West Bandung Regency.

This research analyzes the influence of leadership, motivation, and training on team member performance. The population in this study was all PT employees. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Kendal Branch Office with 94 respondents. The research method used is quantitative research. Data was collected using a Google form questionnaire with four variables: leadership, motivation, training, and team member performance. Data processing results are in the form of respondent descriptions, variable descriptions, validity test results, reliability test results, F test results, coefficient of determination test results (R2), and hypothesis test results. The results of this study show that leadership does not affect team member performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on team member performance, and training has a positive and significant impact on team member performance. Conclusion: There is a significant influence between motivation and training on team member performance. However, leadership does not affect team member performance.

Model Konseptual Untuk Keterlibatan Orang Tua, Sikap Siswa, Kebijakan Sekolah, dan Prestasi Siswa dalam Pembelajaran Agama Islam

This research aims to construct a conceptual model by testing influential relationships among parental engagement, Students’ attitudes towards Islamic religious learning, school policies, and student academic achievement. Using PLS-SEM, six hypotheses modeled based on the interactions of the four variables were analyzed. 500 students from Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) located in Bengkulu were recruited using a convenient sampling technique. Data were collected using a valid and reliable questionnaire and analyzed based on measurement models and structural models. This research found a significant influence of variables related to Islamic religious learning. The analysis showed that parental engagement had a big impact on Students’ attitudes (original sample value: 0.698, T-statistics: 23.268, p-values: 0.000), school policies (original sample value: 0.327, T-statistics: 12.332, p-values: 0.000), and students’ achievements in learning Islamic religion (original sample value: 0.224, T-statistics: 6.984, p-values: 0.000). Apart from that, students' attitudes also contributed significantly to school policies and their academic achievement in learning Islamic religion (original sample value: 0.147, T-statistics: 5.871, p-values: 0.000). School policies were also proven to substantially influence students’ achievements in religious learning (original sample value: 0.536, T-statistics: 8.498, p-values: 0.000). These results emphasize that the model has been well-established and well-confirmed, demonstrating the important roles of parental engagement, Students’ attitudes, and school policies in advancing Islamic religious education.

Literature study involves collecting data, reading, taking notes, and processing research materials. Based on data and research results conducted by researchers, the Implementation of Principal Leadership in Character Education at SMP Negeri 2 Pammana is implemented as follows: firmness and discipline, the leadership role of the principal as a motivator, creating a conducive school climate and culture; and the example of the school principal. The conclusion is that character formation is the development of knowledge and action.

Model Pengembangan Kepemimpinan Islami Siswa di Sekolah: Analisis Interaksi Antara Kurikulum, Motivasi Belajar, dan Kinerja Guru

This study aimed to develop a conceptual model representing interactions among Islamic education curriculum, student learning motivation, teacher performance, and student Islamic leadership development in five Madrasah Aliyah in Bengkulu, involving 100 teachers and 100 students. Using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS SEM) method, this research succeeded in identifying empirical interactions among the aforesaid variables. The analysis results showed that the Islamic education curriculum had very large influences on student learning motivation and teacher performance with a T-statistic of 11.341 and 38.421 and a P-value of 0.000 for both. Apart from that, this research also found that student learning motivation had significant impacts on teacher performance and the development of students' Islamic Leadership, as evidenced by T-statistics of 3.585 and 106.232 and a P-value of 0.000. The indirect influential relationship between the curriculum through student learning motivation on teacher performance also showed statistical significance with a T-statistic of 3.046 and a P-value of 0.002, and the indirect influence of student learning motivation on Islamic leadership development through teacher performance with a T-statistic of 3.613 and a P-value of 0.000. These results confirmed that the model had been well-developed and well-confirmed. The results also emphasized the importance of a good curriculum and high learning motivation in improving teaching performance and developing student leadership based on Islamic values.

This research aims to determine the communication of high school principals in Lubuklingga city when conducting blusukan. This research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method, with the research subjects being the School Principal, Teacher Council, and School Staff. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. From the research, it was found that the communication carried out by the school principal in carrying out blusukan was conveying messages to subordinates in language that was easy to understand and also paying attention to the condition of the subordinates, carrying out two-way communication, using verbal, non-verbal and interpersonal communication so that the principal received appropriate and accurate information. When conducting a blusukan, the information collected during the blusukan can be used as a basis for the school principal to make decisions. In conclusion, the blusukan carried out by the school principal must use good communication so that the results of the blusukan can be used as a basis for the school principal in making decisions.
