This research design used a Completely Randomized Design using 100ml of buffalo milk added with date juice, consisting of 4 treatments, namely P0 (without adding date juice), P1 (10%), P2 (15%), and P3 (20%). Research data was analyzed using ANOVA and Tukey's advanced test if there were differences in influence. The research results showed that Treatment P1 (10%) produced curd with the best characteristics in terms of total BAL 8.60×1011 CFU/ml, pH value 4.45, irradical inhibition zone formed with a diameter of 9.35 mm against Sterptococcus mutans. Meanwhile, in the organoleptic test, treatment P3 (20%) was the best curd chosen by the panelists including aroma 4.60 (liked very much), color 4.16 (liked very much), taste 4.40 (liked very much). However, in terms of texture, the panelists liked the curd treatment P0 (without adding date juice) 4.00 (liked). In conclusion, curd with the addition of date juice had a significantly different effect on total BAL, pH value, antimicrobial activity on Streptococcus mutans, aroma, texture and taste. However, there was no significant difference in color and antimicrobial activity for Candida albicans.

Keywords: BAL, Curd, Dates
2024-01-27T00:00:00+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://journal.ipm2kpe.or.id/index.php/BIOEDUSAINS/article/view/8206 Pengaruh Pemberian Variasi Konsentrasi Vitamin B1 (Thiamin HCl) Terhadap Pertumbuhan Fase Vegetatif Anggrek Dendrobium sonia 2024-02-13T23:05:04+00:00 Hanasari Faida Pranama Mhs203200123@upgris.ac.id M. The results of the research show that using different types of pots can make a real difference to the parameters of plant height, length of shoots and number of new roots, but does not make a real difference to root length. The difference in the quality of the two pots is influenced by the level of water supply to the plant, plant drainage, and the level of oxygen absorption in the roots.

Keywords: Dendrobium Orchid, Vegetative Growth, Black Pot, Softpot
2024-02-13T00:00:00+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://journal.ipm2kpe.or.id/index.php/BIOEDUSAINS/article/view/8150 Kelimpahan Foraminifera Bentonik Besar 2024-02-28T13:08:58+00:00 Diva Putri Faulina diva1900424@mail.unpad.ac.id Lili Fauzielly diva19004@mail.unpad.ac.id
The aim of this research is to determine the abundance of large benthic foraminifera in the study area. The results of the research showed that from the four incisions, 7 variations of large benthonic foraminifera genera were found, including, Spiroclypeus, Alveolina, Trillina hawchini, Cycloclypeus, Miogypsina, Heterostegina, and Assilina. Analysis of the abundance of large benthic foraminifera was carried out based on identification of the presence of foramnifera in each thin section sample. It is known that the thin section sample with the highest abundance of large benthonic foraminifera was in the code section sample (38m – 39m) with a total abundance of 9 individuals, consisting of 4 different genera of large benthonic foraminifera. Data obtained from interviews were analyzed descriptively. The results of the research show that the people of Lebong Regency utilize natural resources, namely bamboo which is used as the main raw material in making lemea (a traditional food of the Rejang Tribe in Lebong Regency). The bamboo used in the process of making Lemea is a type of ship bamboo. The part of bamboo used in the process of making Lemea is bamboo shoots (young bamboo shoots). Lemea is a typical food of the Rejang tribe in Bengkulu Province where the main ingredient of lemea is chopped fermented bamboo shoots (young bamboo).
