Analisis Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran pada Media Sosial Instagram pada Akun HSR Wheels
Abstract
This study aims to determine the Analysis of Marketing Communication Strategies on Instagram Social Media on the Hsr Wheels Account. The theory used is SOSTAC theory (situation, objective, strategy, tactics, action, control). The methodology used in this study is a qualitative method, namely making observations and interviews with several resource persons involved in the research. The data analysis methods used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the research found are how the Hsr Wheels brand or company uses Instagram social media as a medium to increase sales and buyer interest. As well as the results of the Hsr Wheels brand marketing communication strategy on Instagram social media in increasing sales and buying interest. Based on SOSTAC theory (situation, objective, strategy, tactics, action, control), of the four informants known to Hsr Wheels uses the feature feature on Instagram to do promotions such as Stories, Reels, and Posts to increase sales and attract visitors.
