Abstract

Supply Chain Management is a supply chain that can find out how the process of a series of activities, management and product activation. The focus of the research being studied is the Benteng Noodle Factory in the city of Sukabumi. Tuuan from this research is to find out how Supply Chain Management is in the Benteng Noodle factory. Research method used is qualitative. The data collection techniques used were interview observation as well as documentation and data analysis techniques starting from data processing to interpretation or conclusions. The results of this research say that the implementation of the Supply Chain Management system or supply chain used at the Mie Benteng factory is optimal enough to produce satisfaction. Consumer.
