Additionally, financial literacy acts as a mediator in the influence of financial attitudes on financial management behavior (H4). These findings indicate that individuals with positive financial attitudes tend to have higher levels of financial literacy, which in turn influences better financial management behavior. This process ensures that the company complies with tax regulations and stays clear of possible penalties or fines. Due to differences in tax and accounting procedures that may have an impact on financial statements and tax liabilities, analysis of the application and computation of fiscal reconciliation in many businesses is a pertinent topic. Together with commercial financial reports, fiscal financial reports are created, thus even though commercial or business financial reports are prepared based on business accounting principles, taxation provisions are dominant in the reporting process of financial statements for companies’ tax payments. Previous research has shown significant discrepancies between the results of commercial financial statements and fiscal calculations, often due to differences in revenue and cost recognition between commercial and fiscal accounting. The method determined through this research is a comparative literature review. The result of this research shows that some companies' corrections are not in line with tax regulations, which has an impact on how much income tax has already been paid and reported by these companies. Since deferred tax has been shown to significantly and favorably affect corporate income tax, the management of the company should pay taxes right away to lower the overall tax burden. The findings of this study suggest that corporate entities should do fiscal reconciliation due to discrepancies in cost recognition between Indonesian accounting standards and fiscal legislation.

Keywords: Fiscal Analysis, Fiscal Reconciliation, Manufacturing Companies
2024-09-12T03:55:20+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://journal.ipm2kpe.or.id/index.php/BUDGETING/article/view/10655Pengaruh Financial Distress, Sales Growth dan Umur Perusahaan Terhadap Tax Avoidance pada Perusahaan Industri Dasar dan Kimia yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2017-20222024-09-12T04:08:41+00:00Latersia Br Gurusingalatersiagurusinga76@gmail.comFerry Hidayatlatersiagurusinga76@gmail.comSellina Lobionlatersiagurusinga76@gmail.com
Tax avoidance is the exploitation of weaknesses or gray areas in tax regulations by companies with the aim of reducing the amount of tax payable. In Indonesia, one of the important innovations that has emerged is the Quick Response Indonesia Standard (QRIS). This research is expected to provide in-depth insight into the factors that influence QRIS acceptance in the Jabodetabek area. This research is quantitative research. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires via Google Form to 123 respondents. The data collected was then processed using SEM-PLS analysis. The results of this research explain that performance expectancy has a positive and significant influence on intention to use QRIS. On the other hand, effort expectancy and trust are not significant in influencing intention to use. Social influence and facilitating conditions are negatively and significantly related to intention to use, hedonic motivation and perceived security do not significantly influence intention to use QRIS. Price value shows a positive and significant influence, Habit has a positive and significant influence. Lastly, perceived risk has a negative and significant relationship, where perceived risk reduces the intention to use QRIS.

Keywords: Facilitating Condition, Behavioral Intention, Performance Expectancy, Social Influence
2024-12-10T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://journal.ipm2kpe.or.id/index.php/BUDGETING/article/view/12809Analisis Perilaku Managerial dalam Perencanaan Anggaran Keuangan Perusahaan2024-12-11T03:13:18+00:00Berta Dwi Murdokob.d.murdoko024@gmail.com
This study aims to review managerial behavior in company financial budget planning through a literature review approach. Financial budget planning is a crucial process in company management, because it influences resource allocation and the achievement of the organization's strategic goals. Success in budget preparation is highly dependent on managerial behavior, which includes various psychological, social and structural aspects in decision making. Several factors such as cognitive bias, motivation, and conflicts of interest were found to have a significant impact on management decision making in budget preparation. Biases such as optimism bias and anchoring bias can lead to unrealistic budget predictions, while external motivations and pressures can potentially drive suboptimal decisions. In addition, an organizational culture that supports transparency and accountability increases the effectiveness of budget planning. The results of this review show that managerial behavior plays an important role in determining the quality of budget planning, and the importance of a more structured approach in managing these behavioral factors. Awareness of cognitive biases, managerial training, and implementing good control systems can increase budget accuracy and effectiveness, which ultimately has a positive impact on the company's financial performance.

Keywords: Budget Planning, Cognitive Bias, Corporate Finance, Managerial Behavior, Motivation.
2024-12-11T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##
