PENGARUH JOB DEMAND TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN YANG DIMEDIASI OLEH EMOTIONAL EXHAUSTION

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh job demand terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh emotional exhaustion atau kelelahan emosional pada instansi X. Peneliti menggunakan sebanyak 75 responden sebagai sampel dengan metode simple random sampling yang berarti setiap anggota populasi memiliki peluang yang sama menjadi sampel. Metode pengumpulan data dengan mengisi kuesioner yang menggunakan skala likert, serta penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan Google Form. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) dengan menggunakan inner model dan outer model. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Job demand berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap emotional exhaustion 2) Emotional exhaustion berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan 3) Job demand berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan 4) job demand berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh emotional exhaustion.
