TRANSFORMASI EDUKASI KESEHATAN MENTAL DI ERA DIGITAL: KONTEN TIKTOK DALAM MEMBENTUK SIKAP DAN PERILAKU AUDIENS

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran konten edukasi kesehatan mental di platform media sosial TikTok dalam membentuk sikap dan perilaku audiens. Mengadopsi metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan Media Logic, kami menganalisis lima video TikTok yang mengulas isu-isu kesehatan mental dari berbagai akun pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konten-konten tersebut secara efektif memengaruhi sikap dan perilaku audiens melalui pemanfaatan fitur visual dan interaktif TikTok. Konten yang menarik dan informatif mampu meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya menjaga kesehatan mental dan mendorong audiens untuk mengambil tindakan yang positif. Implikasi akademisnya, penelitian ini menyoroti perlunya penelitian lebih lanjut untuk memahami secara mendalam interaksi antara konten kesehatan mental dan audiens TikTok, serta pengaruh jangka panjangnya terhadap kesejahteraan mental. Di sisi praktis, penelitian ini mendorong pengembangan konten kesehatan mental yang lebih berkualitas dan responsif di TikTok, melalui kerjasama antara profesional kesehatan mental, kreator konten, dan platform media sosial. Disarankan juga untuk meningkatkan literasi digital di kalangan pengguna TikTok guna meminimalkan risiko yang terkait dengan konsumsi konten online. Kolaborasi antarpihak dapat mengoptimalkan dampak positif dari konten kesehatan mental di TikTok, memberikan sumber daya yang berharga bagi masyarakat secara luas.
