Abstract

Program Management Trainee memegang peranan krusial dalam pengembangan SDM, terutama di Indonesia yang menekankan pada peningkatan kompetensi SDM. Peningkatan kompetensi SDM dapat dilakukan dengan diadakannya Program Management Trainee baik pada sektor publik maupun swasta. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teori Pengembangan SDM, Teori Management Trainee, dan Teori Perbedaan Antara Perusahaan Swasta dan BUMN dalam Pengembangan SDM. Dengan teori tersebut, esai ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan pengembangan kompetensi yang dilakukan pada sektor publik dan swasta dalam program management trainee.
