Tantangan dan Peluang pada Manjemen Berbasis Nilai Kapitalisme

Dalam reposisi ini, kami mengeksplorasi tantangan dan peluang kompleks yang dihadapi dalam praktik manajemen kapitalisme di era kontemporer. Dengan mempertimbangkan dinamika globalisasi, teknologi informasi yang berkembang pesat, dan kompleksitas perekonomian global, kami menyelidiki bagaimana para manajer menghadapi tekanan untuk mempertahankan pertumbuhan ekonomi berkelanjutan sambil tetap mempertimbangkan tanggung jawab sosial dan lingkungan. Dalam konteks ini, kami membahas strategi inovatif yang dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi kesenjangan ekonomi, memperkuat keadilan sosial, dan mendorong kelestarian lingkungan dalam kerangka pengelolaan kapitalisme modern. Dengan menganalisis tantangan dan peluang ini, kami menawarkan wawasan mendalam tentang bagaimana pengelolaan kapitalisme dapat berkembang untuk mencapai keseimbangan yang lebih baik antara keuntungan ekonomi dan keberlanjutan sosial lingkungan.
