DAMPAK TRANSFORMASI DIGITAL PADA KEMAMPUAN RANTAI PASOKAN DAN KINERJA KOMPETITIF RANTAI PASOKAN
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak transformasi digital terhadap kemampuan rantai pasokan dan kinerja kompetitif rantai pasokan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terhadap 120 pemilik, manajer/pimpinan, dan karyawan/staf dari Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) makanan dan minuman di Jakarta Barat, dapat disimpulkan beberapa hal penting. Pertama, terdapat pengaruh positif transformasi digital terhadap pertukaran informasi rantai pasokan. Para pelaku usaha makanan dan minuman di Jakarta Barat telah berhasil menerapkan teknologi digital dalam proses bisnis mereka, yang meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan kecepatan pertukaran informasi antara berbagai pihak dalam rantai pasokan. Kedua, terdapat pengaruh positif transformasi digital terhadap aktivitas integrasi rantai pasokan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaku usaha makanan dan minuman di Jakarta Barat telah menerapkan teknologi digital dalam proses bisnis mereka, yang meningkatkan efisiensi, perencanaan permintaan, dan koordinasi antara berbagai pihak dalam rantai pasokan. Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh positif transformasi digital terhadap kinerja kompetitif rantai pasokan. Pelaku usaha makanan dan minuman di Jakarta Barat yang berhasil menerapkan teknologi digital menjadi lebih kompetitif di pasar, mampu merespons permintaan pelanggan dengan lebih cepat dan efisien, serta mampu mengoptimalkan biaya operasional lebih baik dibandingkan dengan yang tidak menerapkan teknologi digital. Keempat, pertukaran informasi dan aktivitas integrasi dalam rantai pasokan tidak berpengaruh signifikan dan cenderung negatif terhadap kinerja kompetitif UMKM makanan dan minuman di Jakarta Barat. Terakhir, kemampuan pertukaran informasi dan aktivitas integrasi dalam rantai pasokan tidak efektif dalam memediasi hubungan antara transformasi digital dan kinerja kompetitif pada UMKM makanan dan minuman di Jakarta Barat.
