Pengaruh Beban Kerja, Kemampuan IT Dan Kerjasama Terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan Dengan Di Unit Siber Ditreskrimsus Polda Jawa Timur

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kinerja Karywan Siber Polda Jawa Timur yang dalam hal ini berfokus pada pengaruh beban Kerja, kemampua IT, dan Kerja Sama terhadap kinerja Kinerja untuk menemukan cara-cara meningkatkan dan menilai persone dalam pelayanan terhadap pelopran Kejahatan Cyber di Polda jawa Timur . Penelitian ini kepada putagas atau karyawan di Cyber, dengan menggunakan survei skala Likert untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian melalui program SPSS. Temuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu,Beban kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, Di sisi lain, Kemampuan IT dan Kerjsama ketika dilaksanakan secara periodik atau secara teratur terhadapat personil Siber akan perdampak kepada integritas terhadap pekerjaan , bahwa kemampuan IT dan kerjasama , terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja. Keterbatasan Penelitian ini penelitian ini mungkin tidak dapat digeneralisasikan karena berfokus pada satu unit tertentu di Polda Jawa Timur dan Desain dan metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mungkin memiliki keterbatasan.
