DAMPAK MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA HIJAU (MSDMH) TERHADAP KINERJA LINGKUNGAN, DENGAN PRAKTIK MANAJEMEN RANTAI PASOKAN HIJAU (MRPH) SEBAGAI FAKTOR MEDIASINYA
Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kerusakan lingkungan menghadirkan hambatan besar bagi kemajuan ekonomi dunia. Manajemen rantai pasok hijau diakui sebagai inovasi lingkungan yang dimanfaatkan oleh bisnis di beberapa sektor untuk mengurangi dampak lingkungan. Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Ramah Lingkungan dan Manajemen Rantai Pasokan Ramah Lingkungan adalah dua strategi organisasi yang terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan reputasi organisasi dan kapasitas mereka dalam menangani masalah lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak manajemen sumber daya manusia hijau terhadap kinerja lingkungan, dengan praktik manajemen rantai pasokan hijau sebagai faktor mediasinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian kuantitatif. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metodologi pengumpulan data primer dan perusahaan konstruksi milik negara yang ada di jabodetabek sebagai sampel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Penelitian akan menggunakan model persamaan struktural sebagai alat untuk menganalisis data. SEM memungkinkan pelaksanaan analisis jalur. Kajian ini akan menggunakan analisis rute Partial Least Squares (PLS) dengan menggunakan software Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menyampaikan bahwa analisis data penelitian menunjukkan Rekrutmen Hijau, Pelatihan dan Keterlibatan Hijau, Manajemen Kinerja Hijau & Kompensasi berdampak terhadap Praktik Manajemen Rantai Pasokan Hijau. Berikutnya Praktik Manajemen Rantai Pasokan Hijau dan Manajemen Kinerja Hijau & Kompensasi berdampak terhadap kinerja lingkungan; Praktik Manajemen Rantai Pasokan Hijau memediasi pengaruh antara Pelatihan dan Keterlibatan Hijau serta Manajemen Kinerja Hijau dan Kompensasi terhadap kinerja lingkungan, Ditemukan hipotesis gagal didukung yakni pengaruh Rekrutmen Hijau, Pelatihan dan Keterlibatan Hijau terhadap kinerja lingkungan serta Rekrutmen Hijau gagal di mediasi Praktik Manajemen Rantai Pasokan Hijau berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Lingkungan.
