Dampak Work Life Balance Dan Konflik Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Puskesmas Cikampek

Permasalahan penurunan kinerja pegawai yang disebabkan adanya ketidak seimbangan kerja dan adanya konflik kerja di Puskesmas Cikampek, adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Work Life Balance dan Konflik Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif verifikatif melalui pendekatan survei terhadap pegawai. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah menggunakan non probability sampling melalui full sampling dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel sebanyak 60 pegawai. Alat analisis yang digunakan regresi berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kinerja di Puskesmas Cikampek mengalami penurunan dan kenaikan setiap tahunnya, sedangkan work life balance masih belum sesuai dengan kemampuan dan konflik kerja masih terdapat permasalahan yang berlarut-larut khusunya yang berhubungan dengan pasien. Baik secara simultan maupun parsial work life balance dan konflik kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Arah pengaruh yang diberikan dari work life balance adalah positif artinya meningkatkan, sedangkan konflik kerja memberikan pengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja..
