Abstract

Pengaruh kompensasi, Transformational, Leadership dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Employee Engagement dengan dimediasi Organizational Citizen Behavior pada Rumah Sakit Hermina Serpong. Metode yang digunakan deskriptif kuantitatif model empirik diuji menggunakan Teknik Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil riset menyimpulkan Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizen Behavior pada Rumah Sakit Hermina Serpong. Transformational Leadership berpengaruh secara langsung, positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizen Behavior pada karyawan . Semakin baik Transformational Leadership maka akan semakin baik pula Organizational Citizen Behavior. Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh secara langsung, positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizen Behavior pada karyawan.  Semakin kuat Budaya Organisasi maka akan semakin baik Organizational Citizen Behavior. Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Employee Engagement pada karyawan. Transformational Leadership berpengaruh secara langsung, positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement pada karyawan. Semakin baik Transformational Leadership maka akan semakin baik pula Employee Engagement. Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh secara langsung, positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement pada karyawan. Semakin kuat Budaya Organisasi maka akan semakin baik Employee Engageme. Organizational Citizen Behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement pada karyawan. Semakin bagus Organizational Citizen Behavior maka semakin baik Employee Engagement. Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Employee Engagement melalui Organizational Citizen Behavior kinerja karywan. Sehingga Organizational Citizen Behavior tidak mampu memediasi Kompensasi terhadap Employee Engagement. Transformational Leadership berpengaruh secara tidak langsung, positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement melalui Organizational Citizen Behavior karyawan. Sehingga Organizational Citizen Behavior mampu memediasi Transformational Leadership terhadap Employee Engagement. Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh secara tidak langsung, positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement melalui Organizational Citizen Behavior pada Rumah Sakit Hermina Serpong. Sehingga Organizational Citizen Behavior mampu memediasi Budaya Organisasi terhadap Employee Engagement.
