PENGARUH OPERATIONAL RISK MANAGEMENT DAN STRATEGI OPERASI TERHADAP KINERJA OPERASIONAL MELALUI OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE DI PT. CHANDRA ASRI PACIFIC TBK.

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh Operational Risk Management dan Strategi Operasi terhadap Kinerja Operasional melalui mediasi Operational Excellence. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 251 karyawan yang berhubungan dengan operasional produksi PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Operational Excellence memiliki pengaruh langsung terkuat terhadap Kinerja Operasional (β = 0.342), diikuti oleh Strategi Operasi (β = 0.305) dan Operational Risk Management (β = 0.172). Hubungan antara Operational Risk Management dan Strategi Operasi dengan Kinerja Operasional dimediasi oleh Operational Excellence. Penelitian ini berimplikasi pada praktik manajemen operasional, menyarankan integrasi lebih baik antara strategi, manajemen risiko dan peningkatan keunggulan operasional. Penelitian terbatas pada satu perusahaan, waktu terbatas, data kualitatif terbatas, sulit mengontrol faktor eksternal dan hasil mungkin tidak dapat digeneralisasi ke perusahaan lain. Penelitian selanjutnya agar dapat meningkatkan kecepatan pengiriman produk melalui manajemen rantai pasok, pembentukan tim analisis umpan balik pelanggan, audit berkala Standard Operating Procedure dan pembentukan tim lintas departemen untuk adopsi teknologi baru. Strategi ini bertujuan meningkatkan kinerja operasional, keunggulan operasional dan manajemen risiko.
