PENGARUH REWARD, PENGAWASAN, PEMBERDAYAAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PEMANEN DENGAN WORK ENGAGEMENT SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI (Studi PT Sumber Musi Sejahtera Palembang)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh reward, pengawasan, dan pemberdayaan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Sumber Musi Sejahtera (SMS) Palembang, dengan work engagement sebagai variabel mediasi. Fokus penelitian ini adalah pekerja lapangan, yang menjadi kunci kinerja perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software SMartPLS, dan jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif kausal dengan format eksplanasi. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 140 karyawan pemanen, sementara data sekunder diperoleh dari profil perusahaan dan arsip terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa reward, pengawasan, dan pemberdayaan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan work engagement sebagai mediator yang signifikan. Pemberdayaan karyawan terbukti memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap work engagement, yang selanjutnya berdampak positif pada kinerja. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa strategi manajemen yang meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan dapat secara signifikan memperbaiki kinerja organisasi.
