Abstract

Dalam era digital saat ini, transformasi digital menjadi kunci penting bagi pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Namun, banyak UMKM di Kota Palu yang belum sepenuhnya memanfaatkan teknologi digital dalam operasional mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana manajemen pengetahuan dapat mempengaruhi transformasi digital UMKM di Kota Palu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen pengetahuan terhadap transformasi digital UMKM di Kota Palu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi survei lapangan, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Tahapan penelitian ini terdiri dari pra dan pelaksanaan kegiatan penelitian. Luaran penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi strategis kepada pemangku kebijakan dan pemilik UMKM tentang bagaimana manajemen pengetahuan dapat digunakan untuk mempercepat transformasi digital. Hasil penelitian ini semua variabel independen dapat memprediksi transformasi digital. Pengetahuan memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam transformasi digital Akuisisi, pengaruh Konversi Pengetahuan terhadap Transformasi Digital tidak signifikan, aplikasi pengetahuan berpengaruh positif, tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap transformasi digital dan Proteksi pengetahuan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap transformasi digital
