EXPLORASI CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) DALAM MENCIPTAKAN COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE PADA PERUSAHAAN PERHOTELAN: BIBLIOMETRIK ANALYSIS
Abstract
Corporate social responsibility (CSR) bukan hanya menarik perhatian para akademisi beberapa tahun terakhir, tetapi juga menjadi salah satu strategi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan competitive advantage. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana CSR dapat menciptakan competitive advantage khususnya pada industri perhotelan dari tahun 2019 sampai 2024, dengan menganilisis tren, peluang, pengimplementasian dan tantangan. Melalui pendekatan mix method dengan mengintegrasikan analisis bibliometrik dan literatur review, artikel ini menganalisis bagaimana perusahaan hotel yang mengimplementasikan CSR dengan tepat dan dapat menciptakan competitive advantage. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa hotel yang mengintegrasikan CSR ke dalam strategi bisnisnya secara efektif memperoleh peningkatan signifikan dalam reputasi korporat, loyalitas pelanggan, efisiensi operasional, dan kinerja. Implementasi CSR yang strategis dan terstruktur dapat menjadi instrumen fundamental dalam menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan pada industri perhotelan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan kerangka teoretis dan praktis tentang bagaimana CSR dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai instrumen strategis untuk menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif dalam industri perhotelan, serta menyediakan pemetaan komprehensif tren penelitian terkini dalam bidang ini.
