ANALISIS PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA ORGANISASI MELALUI MEDIASI KEPUASAN KERJA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja organisasi dengan mempertimbangkan peran mediasi dari kepuasan kerja. Kepemimpinan transformasional merupakan gaya kepemimpinan yang menginspirasi dan memotivasi anggota organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan bersama melalui visi yang jelas, pemberdayaan, serta inovasi. Berbagai studi menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki dampak positif pada kinerja organisasi, baik dalam aspek produktivitas, inovasi, maupun efektivitas. Namun, pengaruh tersebut sering kali dimediasi oleh faktor-faktor seperti kepuasan kerja karyawan. Artikel ini menggunakan metode literature review dengan menganalisis hasil penelitian sebelumnya untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara variabel-variabel tersebut. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja memainkan peran signifikan sebagai mediator dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi melalui kepemimpinan transformasional. Pemimpin yang mampu menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung, memberikan penghargaan, dan menginspirasi karyawan, cenderung meningkatkan kepuasan kerja yang berujung pada peningkatan kinerja organisasi. Studi ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi para praktisi dan akademisi untuk mengembangkan strategi kepemimpinan yang efektif dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi secara berkelanjutan.
