EKSPLORASI KEADILAN PELAYANAN PUBLIK DALAM MEMBENTUK RUANG PEDESTRIAN DI JALAN MARGONDA RAYA YANG AMAN TANPA KEKERASAN SEKSUAL

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penerapan teori keadilan distributif dan interaksional dalam menciptakan ruang publik yang aman di area pedestrian Jalan Margonda Raya, Depok. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data mixed method, analisis menunjukkan bahwa minimnya infrastruktur keamanan seperti CCTV dan pengawasan langsung meningkatkan kerentanan terhadap kekerasan seksual di malam hari. Hasil survei dari 380 responden, mayoritas menyatakan tidak aman. Hasil lain dalam keadilan interaksional menunjukkan bahwa interaksi antara pengguna jalur pedestrian di Margonda sudah saling menghormati dan tidak ada pelecehan. Revitalisasi jalur dengan menyediakan fasilitas penunjang keselamatan dan pengadaan sistem atau fasilitas untuk melapor direkomendasikan untuk menciptakan ruang aman di jalur pedestrian Margonda.
