TRANSFORMASI DIGITAL: MENINGKATKAN TRANSPARANSI DAN PARTISIPASI DALAM ADMINISTRASI PUBLIK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan digitalisasi dalam administrasi publik dan dampaknya terhadap transparansi serta partisipasi masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis tematik dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi dalam administrasi publik berperan penting dalam meningkatkan transparansi pemerintah, dengan mempermudah akses masyarakat terhadap informasi publik yang sebelumnya sulit diakses secara manual. Selain itu, penggunaan platform digital juga mendorong partisipasi masyarakat yang lebih aktif dalam pengambilan keputusan dan memberikan umpan balik terkait pelayanan publik. Pejabat pemerintah yang terlibat dalam kebijakan digitalisasi memiliki peran kunci dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan kebijakan yang efektif, sehingga dapat mengoptimalkan pelayanan publik. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa digitalisasi tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi, tetapi juga memperkuat akuntabilitas dan menciptakan ruang lebih besar bagi partisipasi masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, penerapan teknologi digital dalam administrasi publik harus terus didorong untuk menciptakan pemerintahan yang lebih transparan, responsif, dan inklusif.
