PERAN MANAJEMEN TALENTA DALAM MENINGKATKAN DAYA SAING USAHA KECIL MENENGAH

Manajemen talenta memiliki peran penting dalam mendorong daya saing Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) di pasar yang semakin dinamis dan terglobalisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur untuk menganalisis strategi dan praktik manajemen talenta yang berkontribusi pada pengembangan sumber daya manusia, inovasi, dan keberlanjutan organisasi dalam UKM. Manajemen talenta yang efektif tidak hanya mencakup proses rekrutmen dan retensi karyawan yang terampil, tetapi juga berfokus pada pengembangan potensi melalui pelatihan, pengembangan karier, dan strategi keterlibatan. Dengan mengintegrasikan manajemen talenta dalam operasi bisnis, UKM dapat meningkatkan produktivitas, beradaptasi dengan perubahan teknologi, dan membangun budaya pembelajaran berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi UKM, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan kebutuhan pendekatan yang disesuaikan, serta menawarkan rekomendasi untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pemilik bisnis, pembuat kebijakan, dan pemangku kepentingan dalam memanfaatkan manajemen talenta sebagai alat strategis untuk meningkatkan daya saing UKM.
