PENGARUH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE & HYBRID WORKPLACE MODE TERHADAP EMPLOYEE PRODUCTIVITY DIMEDIASI DENGAN EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT PADA PEKERJA DI PERUSAHAAN STARTUP DI JAKARTA
Abstract
Produktivitas karyawan merupakan salah satu faktor utama keberhasilan dalam sebuah perusahaan. Untuk mencapai produktivitas yang maksimal, diperlukan dukungan dari Employee Engagement (keterikatan karyawan). Pasca pandemi Covid-19, transformasi digital semakin berkembang dengan penerapan Kecerdasan Buatan (Artificial Intelligence) serta penyelesaian pekerjaan menggunakan Model Tempat Kerja Hibrida (Hybrid Workplace Model). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana pengaruh Kecerdasan Buatan dan Model Tempat Kerja Hibrida terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan melalui mediasi Employee Engagement. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang diukur dengan skala interval dan skala Likert, serta dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan aplikasi AMOS. Terdapat 152 responden karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan startup di Jakarta yang menerapkan sistem kerja hibrida. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kecerdasan Buatan berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan dengan mediasi penuh oleh Employee Engagement. Selain itu, Model Tempat Kerja Hibrida juga berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan dengan mediasi oleh Employee Engagement.
