Latar belakang masalah dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang efektif di organisasi sosial seperti BAZNAS. BAZNAS merupakan lembaga yang bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola dana zakat dan sedekah, sehingga memerlukan karyawan yang memiliki kinerja yang baik dan mampu memenuhi tanggung jawab organisasi dengan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, perilaku intrapreneurial, dan soft skill terhadap kinerja karyawan baznas. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen penelitian sebelum melakukan uji hipotesis. Uji model pengukuran dilakukan untuk memeriksa validitas dan reliabilitas indikator serta variabel laten yang akan digunakan dalam analisis selanjutnya.
