PENGARUH TEKNOLOGI DIGITAL TERHADAP KETAHANAN RANTAI PASOKAN DAN KINERJA RANTAI PASOKAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh teknologi digital terhadap ketahanan rantai pasokan dan kinerja rantai pasokan. Studi ini dilakukan pada 198 karyawan di perusahaan manufaktur industri otomotif di Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa temuan utama. Pertama, terdapat pengaruh positif antara kompetensi teknologi rantai pasokan digital (DSC) terhadap penggunaan teknologi DSC, di mana perusahaan telah berhasil menerapkan kompetensi tersebut kepada seluruh karyawan. Kedua, penggunaan teknologi DSC memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja rantai pasokan, yang terlihat dari peningkatan efisiensi dan produktivitas. Ketiga, penggunaan teknologi DSC juga memberikan dampak positif terhadap ketahanan rantai pasokan, memperkuat kemampuan perusahaan dalam menghadapi tantangan operasional. Keempat, ketahanan rantai pasokan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja rantai pasokan secara keseluruhan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya adopsi teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan ketahanan dan kinerja rantai pasokan di sektor manufaktur otomotif.
