Abstract

Produksi ikan mencakup semua hasil penangkapan, budidaya ikan, binatang air lainnya, tanaman air yang di tangkap atau dipanen dari sumber perikanan alami atau tempat pemeliharaan, baik yang diusahakan oleh perusahaan perikanan maupun rumah tangga perikanan (BPS.go.id, 2022). PT Sinar Bahari Lautan Timur Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perikanan, dengan fokus utama di industry ikan beku. Berdomisili utama di Sidoarjo (Jawa Timur) dan memiliki tiga cabang perusahaan di Kota Bitung (Sulawesi Utara), Muara Baru (Jakarta), dan Pamekasan (Madura). Tujuan penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui pengaruh mediasi human resource management practice terhadap supply chain management dan firm performance pada PT sinar bahari lautan timur indonesia. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 responden yang merupakan karyawan pada pada PT sinar bahari lautan timur indonesia. Metode survei dengan pembagian kuesioner secara online melalui google form digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk melakukan pengambilan sampel. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa human resource management practice mampu memediasi hubungan antra terhadap supply chain management dan firm performance.
