Tinjauan pustaka sistematis ini mensintesiskan studi empiris dan konseptual terkini yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2018 dan 2024 yang meneliti niat turnover, berhenti secara diam-diam, keterlibatan kerja, dan pengaruh kepemimpinan di antara karyawan Gen Z di berbagai industri, termasuk perawatan kesehatan, perhotelan, dan teknologi. Dalam penelitian ini akan dieksplorasi konsep dan memberikan rekomendasi arah penelitian di masa mendatang. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi peluang bagi para akademisi untuk membangun dan memperluas penelitian di bidang ini. Tinjauan ini menemukan bahwa epemimpinan yang inklusif, pekerjaan yang bermakna, lingkungan kerja yang fleksibel, dan keamanan psikologis sangat penting dalam mempertahankan bakat Gen Z.
