STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN KOMPETENSI DIGITAL SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DALAM MENGHADAPI TANTANGAN OTOMATISASI PEKERJAAN: SEBUAH KAJIAN LITERATUR SISTEMATIS

Perkembangan pesat teknologi digital dan otomatisasi pekerjaan menuntut organisasi untuk memastikan kesiapan sumber daya manusia (SDM) agar tetap relevan dan kompetitif di era transformasi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji secara mendalam strategi pengembangan kompetensi digital SDM dalam menghadapi tantangan otomatisasi pekerjaan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur sistematis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui penelusuran pada tujuh basis data bereputasi internasional Scopus, Web of Science, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, Emerald Insight, Wiley, dan Taylor & Francis. Seleksi artikel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria inklusi–eksklusi, kemudian dianalisis secara tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola konseptual dan hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengembangan kompetensi digital SDM meliputi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, penguatan budaya belajar digital, dan kemitraan eksternal strategis. Ketiga strategi tersebut berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kompetensi digital yang mencakup kemampuan kognitif, intrapersonal, dan interpersonal, sekaligus memperkuat kesiapan individu dalam beradaptasi terhadap otomatisasi pekerjaan. Kompetensi digital juga terbukti menjadi variabel mediasi yang menghubungkan strategi pengembangan dengan kesiapan adaptif terhadap perubahan teknologi. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi kebijakan upskilling dan reskilling berbasis kerangka DigComp, serta pembentukan ekosistem pembelajaran digital yang kolaboratif guna mempercepat kesiapan tenaga kerja menuju era industri cerdas dan ekonomi berbasis kecerdasan buatan.
