Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of workplace ostracism and team cohesion on job performance in an organization dominated by female employees. A quantitative research approach with a survey method was applied, involving 100 respondents as the sample. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 27. The results show that workplace ostracism has a negative and significant effect on job performance, indicating that higher levels of social exclusion lead to lower employee performance. Conversely, team cohesion has a positive and significant effect on job performance, suggesting that teamwork solidarity and unity support improved employee performance. These findings highlight the importance of an organizational culture that fosters positive interaction and inclusiveness in the workplace. Organizations should strengthen values of collaboration to prevent social exclusion and enhance performance.
