PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP LOYALITAS KARYAWAN DENGAN MEDIATOR KOMITMEN ORGANISASI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Motivasi kerja yang tinggi diyakini dapat meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan terhadap organisasi melalui penguatan komitmen organisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 200 karyawan di perusahaan sektor jasa di Jakarta. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak statistik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Selanjutnya, komitmen organisasi juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Selain itu, komitmen organisasi terbukti secara parsial memediasi hubungan antara motivasi kerja dan loyalitas karyawan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan motivasi kerja dapat meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan secara tidak langsung melalui penguatan komitmen organisasi. Implikasi praktisnya, organisasi perlu memperhatikan pemberian insentif, dukungan, dan pengembangan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja demi membangun loyalitas karyawan yang lebih kuat. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan teori manajemen sumber daya manusia khususnya dalam pemahaman mekanisme hubungan antara motivasi, komitmen, dan loyalitas karyawan. Keterbatasan penelitian ini terletak pada sampel yang terbatas pada satu sektor industri, sehingga disarankan penelitian selanjutnya melakukan generalisasi dengan melibatkan sektor yang lebih beragam
