Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Innovation Oriented Culture dan Job Crafting terhadap Innovative Behavior dengan Organizational Commitment sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan hotel bintang 4 di Jakarta Selatan. Sebanyak 152 karyawan menjadi responden, dengan mayoritas berjenis kelamin perempuan dan berusia 24–28 tahun. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel penelitian berada pada kategori tinggi, yang mencerminkan bahwa budaya inovasi telah diterapkan dengan baik, job crafting dijalankan secara konsisten, komitmen organisasi dirasakan kuat oleh karyawan, dan perusahaan dinilai mengutamakan kualitas layanan. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Innovation Oriented Culture dan Job Crafting berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Commitment. Selain itu, Organizational Commitment memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Innovative Behavior. Innovation Oriented Culture terbukti berpengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap Innovative Behavior melalui Organizational Commitment, dengan hasil yang menunjukkan full mediation. Sementara itu, Job Crafting menunjukkan pengaruh negatif secara langsung terhadap Innovative Behavior, namun ketika dimediasi oleh Organizational Commitment, pengaruhnya menjadi positif dan menunjukkan full mediation. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa komitmen organisasi memainkan peran penting sebagai mekanisme mediasi dalam mendorong perilaku inovatif karyawan.
