PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM E-TRAINING BAHASA INGGRIS DAN DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP PROFESIONALISME GURU DI YAYASAN PENYELENGGARAAN ILAHI INDONESIA

Penguasaan Bahasa Inggris menjadi kompetensi penting bagi guru dalam menghadapi globalisasi dan transformasi digital pendidikan. Yayasan Penyelenggaraan Illahi Indonesia (YPII) menyelenggarakan program e-training Bahasa Inggris berbasis Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) bekerja sama dengan Pearson Indonesia sebagai upaya penguatan profesionalisme guru lintas jenjang pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pelaksanaan e-training Bahasa Inggris serta dampaknya terhadap profesionalisme guru di lingkungan YPII. Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif digunakan dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian terdiri atas guru peserta e-training, penyelenggara dari YPII, dan fasilitator Pearson Indonesia. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan, disertai triangulasi sumber dan member check. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-training Bahasa Inggris dilaksanakan secara terstruktur melalui pembelajaran daring berbasis platform digital dan memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kemampuan Bahasa Inggris, kepercayaan diri, serta kesiapan guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi pembelajaran. Kendala pelaksanaan masih ditemukan pada aspek manajemen waktu dan beban kerja guru. E-training Bahasa Inggris berkontribusi terhadap penguatan profesionalisme guru, khususnya pada kompetensi profesional dan literasi digital.
