KOMUNIKASI DI ERA DIGITAL: TINJAUAN LITERATUR TENTANG PENGARUH DAN PERANNYA DALAM PERILAKU ORGANISASI

Artikel ini mengkaji pengaruh komunikasi digital terhadap perilaku organisasi (Organizational Behaviour - OB) di era digital melalui pendekatan kualitatif literatur review. Transformasi digital telah mengubah cara organisasi berkomunikasi, baik secara internal maupun eksternal, dengan penggunaan alat komunikasi digital seperti email, media sosial, dan platform kolaborasi daring. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa komunikasi digital meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, memperkuat kolaborasi, namun juga menimbulkan tantangan seperti information overload, kesenjangan kemampuan digital, dan risiko keamanan data. Perspektif peneliti menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi digital memengaruhi keterlibatan karyawan, kepemimpinan, dan kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan. Peneliti menyarankan agar organisasi mengembangkan kebijakan komunikasi digital yang efektif serta memberikan pelatihan literasi digital bagi karyawan untuk mengatasi tantangan yang ada. Saran untuk peneliti lain adalah untuk lebih mendalami hubungan antara komunikasi digital dan kepuasan kerja serta mengeksplorasi lebih lanjut dampak jangka panjang dari adopsi teknologi komunikasi dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan strategi komunikasi digital yang lebih baik dalam konteks organisasi.
