PENGARUH HYBRID WORKING TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS DAN KESEJAHTERAAN KARYAWAN DI PERUSAHAAN PT TELEPERFORMANCE SURAKARTA DI ERA DIGITAL

Abstract

Penelitian kuantitatif bersifat asosiatif ini dirancang untuk meneliti dampak implementasi sistem kerja hybrid terhadap produktivitas serta kesejahteraan karyawan di PT Teleperformance Surakarta pada era digital, sekaligus menguji peran kesejahteraan sebagai mediator. Analisis data dari 61 karyawan menggunakan PLS-SEM mengungkapkan bahwa hybrid working memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan dan produktivitas, dan bahwa kesejahteraan berfungsi sebagai mediator signifikan yang menjembatani hubungan antara hybrid working dan produktivitas karyawan.Model ini memiliki kekuatan eksplanatori yang tinggi, di mana hybrid working mampu menjelaskan varians kesejahteraan sebesar 83,9% dan produktivitas sebesar 82,4%.
