Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis inovasi strategi dalam pengembangan akseptasi bisnis inward pada perusahaan asuransi umum XYZ serta menentukan strategi yang paling optimal dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan yang sehat dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis dengan metode campuran (mixed methods) melalui wawancara, studi dokumentasi, observasi, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan meliputi analisis deskriptif, matriks Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), External Factor Evaluation (EFE), analisis SWOT, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), serta Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bisnis inward mengalami pertumbuhan yang signifikan, dengan kontribusi premi sebesar 20%–30%, namun masih menghadapi tantangan dalam kualitas underwriting, konsistensi akseptasi risiko, dan integrasi data. Hasil analisis IFE (3,10) dan EFE (3,05) menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan berada pada posisi strategis yang kuat dan memiliki peluang pertumbuhan yang tinggi. Analisis SWOT menempatkan perusahaan pada strategi agresif (SO).
