Peran Mediasi Employee Resilience Dalam Hubungan Antara Learning Organization Dan Work Engagement

Abstract

Di era globalisasi yang penuh dengan tantangan dan sangat dinamis, organisasi dituntut untuk dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pelaksanaan pembelajaran guna meningkatkan kompetensi dan kapasitas anggotanya. Tak terkecuali dengan instansi pemerintahan yang mulai meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan SDM-nya. Kompetensi dan kapasitas yang tinggi dari para ASN akan meningkatkan ketahanan mereka dalam menghadapi tantangan pekerjaan, sehingga dapat memicu keterlibatan kerja. Keterlibatan kerja inilah yang diharapkan akan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik oleh ASN. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa learning organization yang diterapkan KPPBC Tipe Madya Pabean Tanjung Perak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan untuk meningkatkan work engagement pegawainya dan employee resilience menunjukkan peran mediasi secara parsial dalam hubungan tersebut. Namun, penelitian ini masih memiliki keterbatasan mengingat ruang lingkup sampel yang belum dapat mewakili ASN pada DJBC secara keseluruhan. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat mencangkup sampel yang lebih luas dan dapat memperdalam penelitian dengan menggunakan faktor-faktor lainnya dalam hubungan learning organization dan work engagement.
