STRATEGI KELANGSUNGAN KINERJA K3 DI PERUSAHAAN MELALUI PEMENUHAN UNSUR K3 DI TEMPAT KERJA

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh indikator Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) terhadap keberlangsungan usaha serta merumuskan strategi efektif untuk mendukung operasional perusahaan melalui penerapan unsur K3 yang efisien dan tepat sasaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data primer dari 76 responden yang terdiri atas jajaran direksi, manajemen, dan pekerja di Fasilitas ABC PT. XYZ. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan SPSS versi 31 dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) dan peralatan keselamatan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberlangsungan usaha, sedangkan penerapan budaya disiplin K3 berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh bersama terhadap keberlangsungan usaha. Oleh karena itu, penerapan K3 harus dilakukan secara menyeluruh dan konsisten dengan kedisiplinan yang tinggi.
