PERANCANGAN APLIKASI MANAJEMEN REKRUTMEN KARYAWAN BERBASIS WEB DENGAN TRACKING MULTI-STAGE UNTUK PERUSAHAAN

Abstract

Seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi, perusahaan dituntut untuk mampu beradaptasi terhadap perkembangannya, Salah satu bidang yang paling berpengaruh dalam kemajuan teknologi ini adalah manajemen sumber daya manusia, termasuk rekrutmen karyawan. Proses rekrutmen yang dilakukan secara manual akan menimbulkan kesalahan dalam pencatatan dan kesulitan dalam memantau progres setiap kandidat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan perancangan aplikasi manajemen rekrutmen karyawan berbasis web dengan fitur tracking multi-stage. Aplikasi dikembangkan menggunakan framework CodeIgniter, database MySQL, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap dan JavaScript. Proses perancangan aplikasi menggunakan metodologi Waterfall dalam kerangka System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Aplikasi mendukung proses rekrutmen dalam mengelola posisi dan  lowongan, pengajuan lamaran langsung melalui portal karier perusahaan, seleksi kandidat dengan fitur tracking multi-stage (screening CV, wawancara, masa percobaan) secara real time, serta onboarding sederhana hingga menjadi karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aplikasi mampu mengingatkan efisiensi kinerja HRD karnea berhasil mempercepat dan mengintegrasikan seluruh proses rekrutmen dan mendokumentasikan seluruh data secara terpusat.
