SISTEM MANAJEMEN STOK BERBASIS WEB DENGAN LAPORAN OTOMATIS DAN ROLE-BASED ACCESS CONTROL (RBAC)

Abstract

Usaha Kait Handmade merupakan UMKM yang memproduksi dan menjual produk rajutan. Pengelolaan stok masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan Excel dan buku catatan, menyebabkan kesalahan pencatatan, ketidaksesuaian data, keterlambatan informasi, serta kesulitan menyusun laporan. Usaha ini memiliki dua lokasi gudang di Malang dan Jakarta yang memperumit sinkronisasi data. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Sistem Manajemen Stok Berbasis Web dengan Laporan Otomatis dan Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) menggunakan metodologi SDLC model Waterfall. Sistem dibangun dengan Laravel, React, dan MySQL. Fitur utama meliputi pengelolaan data barang, pencatatan stok masuk/keluar, pemindahan antar lokasi, manajemen akun dengan RBAC (Admin dan Staff), serta pembuatan laporan PDF otomatis. Pengujian dilakukan melalui Black Box Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), dan System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil menunjukkan seluruh fungsi berjalan sesuai spesifikasi dengan skor SUS rata-rata 89 (kategori Excellent). Sistem berhasil meningkatkan akurasi data stok, mempercepat proses pencatatan dan pelaporan, serta meningkatkan keamanan akses informasi dibandingkan sistem manual.
