Model Pengukuran Kinerja Rantai Pasok Berkelanjutan Pada Industri Kecil: Systematic Literatur Review
Abstract
Kepuasan konsumen merupakan prioritas bagi setiap perusahaan agar dapat memperoleh keuntungan ekonomi yang lebih besar. Masalah yang diteliti pada artikel ini adalah mengenai kajian mendalam terkait model penilaian kinerja rantai pasok berkelanjutan pada industri skala kecil. Adanya kesenjangan pada aspek teoritis dan praktis yang terdapat pada model-model penilaian kinerja ranta pasok berkelanjutan (SSCPM) saat ini terhadap prakteknya bagi industri kecil mendorong kajian ini penting untuk dilakukan. Melalui penerapan metode Systematic literature review, hasil penelitian ini menawarkan beberapa gagasan yang meliputi aspek keberlanjutan dalam penilaian kinerja rantai pasok, metodologi, kriteria model yang ideal, proses penilaian kinerja rantai pasok berkelanjutan, dan penggunaan indikator-indiaktor kinerja rantai pasok berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan pandangan terkait model yang digunakan untuk menilai kinerja rantai pasok berkelanjutan bagi industri skala kecil.
