Abstract

The purpose of the case study is to find out the communication in daily life between nurses and nurses and nurses with other health teams. The method used was observation of the room situation and involved one patient and FishBone diagram analysis. The results of the study found that nurses have not applied the SBAR handover method optimally because nurses still use SOAP records in handing over patients. IPE communication involves many different health professions working together, with the aim of enhancing interprofessional collaboration. The conclusion is that the situation that occurred, nurses have not fully implemented the SBAR handover method, so it needs to be optimized.
