Perbandingan Kualitas Hemodialisis pada Pasien yang Rutin Melakukan Dialisis dengan Hemodialisis Konvensional dan Hemodiafiltrasi

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini melihat perbandingan kualitas Hemodialisis dari pasien dengan Hemodialisis konvensional dan Hemodiafiltrasi. Studi ini merupakan laporan kasus dua pasien yang telah rutin menjalani terapi hemodialisis dimana P1 dengan HDF dan P2 dengan HD konvensional. Dilakukan pengamatan usia, tekanan darah, nadi, keluhan yang dirasakan selama dialisis dan nilai KT/v pada saat dialisis. Hasil dari studi ini menunjukkan bahwa tekanan darah P1 lebih stabil selama menjalani HDF dan sedangkan tekanan darah P2 mengalami peningkatan tekanan darah selama HD, tidak ada perbedaan yang berarti pada nadi, keluhan dan nilai KT/v. Studi ini masih terbatas, masih banyak hal yang dapat dinilai seperti nilai Hb, Ureum, kreatinin, fosfat. Dapat disimpulkan HDF sangat disarankan pada pasien dengan kondisi mengalami episode hipertensi intradialisis.
