Efektifitas Paket Bugar Mitra Lansia terhadap Tingkat Kenyamanan pada Perempuan Menopause dengan Pelvic Organ Prolapse
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas paket Bugar Mitra Lansia terhadap kenyamanan aktivitas seksual pada perempuan menopause dengan pelvic organ prolapse di wilayah Puskesmas Makrayu. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan design eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) dengan rancangan penelitian pretest-posttest Kontrol Group Design. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purpose sampling dengan responden sebanyak 84 perempuan menopause. penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan tingkat kenyamanan aktivitas seksual yang bermakna antara kelompok kontrol dan kelompok intervensi (p=0,003). Kelompok yang diberikan intervensi paket Bugar Mitra Lansia memiliki tingkat kenyamanan aktivitas seksual dengan kategori nyaman. Simpulan penelitian bahwa intervensi paket Bugar Mitra Lansia yang diberikan efektif dan menjadi rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan seksual perempuan menopause.
