Tingkat Pendidikan dan Self Evaluasi Perilaku Caring Perawat yang Bekerja di Instalasi Gawat Darurat
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat pendidikan dan self evaluasi perilaku caring perawat yang bekerja di instalasi gawat darurat. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel sebanyak 98 responden dengan teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner caring efikasi, Expanded Nursing Stress Scale dan Caring Assessment For Caregiver. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji Spearman dan Pearson, sedangkan multivariat menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil Persamaan regresi menunjukan terdapat hubungan antara pendidikan (Beta = 4,326 ), caring efikasi (Beta= 0,168) dan stres kerja (B = -0,091) terhadap self evaluasi perilaku caring. Simpulan peneliitan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pendidikan dengan perilaku caring dapat dijadikan referensi bagi institusi pendidikan dan kesehatan dalam meyiapkan kurikulum pembelajaran dan kompetensi untuk meningkatkan perilaku caring
