This can be observed through the students' attitudes during the teaching and learning process, such as not paying attention to the teacher during lessons, chatting with friends, feeling sleepy, and lacking enthusiasm in participating in the learning process. To address the students' low interest in learning, classroom management strategies are implemented. The objectives of this research are: 1) To describe the efforts of teachers in managing the classroom during Pancasila Education lessons at SD IT Ar-Raihan Pagaralam. 2) To describe the role of teachers in stimulating students' interest in learning Pancasila Education at SD IT Ar-Raihan Pagaralam. 3) To describe the role of teachers in managing the classroom to enhance students' interest in learning Pancasila Education at SD IT Ar-Raihan Pagaralam. This is a qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. The population of this study includes all 273 students at SD IT Ar-Raihan Pagaralam. The researcher used a non-probability sampling technique, selecting a sample of 30 students from grade V at SD IT Ar-Raihan Pagaralam. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that teachers play various roles in teaching, such as learning facilitators, demonstrators, information sources, mediators, guides, facilitators, and motivators. However, these roles are not fully optimized, as there are still weaknesses in implementation and students' interest in Pancasila Education has not significantly improved. Students still do not feel entirely happy and engaged in Pancasila Education. Common issues faced by students in the learning process include difficulty concentrating, lack of motivation, and memory retention challenges. In conclusion, students do not exhibit a comprehensive interest in learning.

Keywords: Teacher Role, Classroom Management, Learning Interest, Pancasila Education.
Anisa Yolanda ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 2024-10-31 2024-10-31 7 2 1 9 10.31539/joes.v7i2.10168 Peran Media Pembelajaran Matematika untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa https://journal.ipm2kpe.or.id/index.php/JOES/article/view/11763
The purpose of this research is to investigate how first-year class D students can be more motivated to learn by combining traditional classroom methods with modern technological devices. The research comprises four phases: design, implementation, observation, and assessment, making it an example of classroom action research. Eighteen male students and fifteen female students from the first year class D of State Elementary School 130 in Palembang participated in the study. Observation and interviews were utilized as tools. Descriptive qualitative analysis was conducted on all data. In cycle I, it was found that 60% of students had a desire to learn. Students' enthusiasm for learning increased to 96% in cycle II when they paid attention, completed tasks, and made connections with the teacher's content. Furthermore, we had traditional and digital resources to support this, including addition games 1-20, dice, and instructional films. The findings of cycle II indicate that the combination of traditional and technological media significantly enhances students' motivation to learn.

Keywords: Professional Competence, Teacher
Putri Ningsih Ely Susanti Reni Setiawati Riski Audrilia ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 2024-12-31 2024-12-31 7 2 10 21 10.31539/joes.v7i2.11763 Penerapan Model Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas V SDN 166 Rejang Lebong https://journal.ipm2kpe.or.id/index.php/JOES/article/view/12032
This research aims to determine the difference in students' average scores before and after using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model, and to determine the differences in Mathematics learning outcomes for class V students at SDN 166 Rejang Lebong. The method used in this research was pure experimentation and the research subjects were all class V students at SDN 166 Rejang Lebong. The instrument used is test questions. The research results show that the average pre-test score is 8.04. After being given treatment using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in class, the average post-test score increased to 83.27. This type of research is research and development (Research and Development) with the ADDIE development model. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, questionnaires, tests and documentation with research subjects, namely fifth grade students at SD Negeri 61 Lubuklinggau. Based on the results of the validation test analysis of the Guided Inquiry Learning-based LKPD which was assessed by three experts, namely, language experts, media experts and material experts, they met the validity criteria with an average score of 0.84. Meanwhile, from the results of the analysis of teacher and student practicality sheet assessments, it was found that the Guided Inquiry Learning-based LKPD met the practical criteria with an average score of 90.43%. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the Guided Inquiry Learning-based LKPD has been proven to be valid and practical, making it suitable for use.

Keywords: Guided Inquiry Learning, LKPD, Development, Elementary School.
Tri Maulana Saputra Yuni Krisnawati Andriana Sofiarini ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 2024-12-31 2024-12-31 7 2 30 37 10.31539/joes.v7i2.10213 Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Role Playing Berbantuan Media Komik terhadap Hasil Belajar IPA Siswa Kelas V SD Negeri 1 Widodo https://journal.ipm2kpe.or.id/index.php/JOES/article/view/10715
This study aims to determine the completion of IPA learning outcomes for five grade students at SD Negeri 1 Widodo. The research method used is in the form of Pre-Experimental Design. The population was all third grade students at SD Negeri 1 Widodo and at the same time the research sample totaling 24 students. Data collection was carried out using saturated sampling technique. The data collected was analyzed using a test. Based on the results of data analysis with a significant level of α = 5% and dk = 23, it shows that Zcount = 3.53 and Ztable = 1.64 (Zcount > Ztable). Thus it can be concluded that the IPA learning outcomes of class V students at SD Negeri Widodo after the Role Playing learning model assisted by comic media are significantly complete. The average student final test score was 78,46 and the percentage of students who passed was 20 students (83,33%).

Keywords: IPA, Komic, Learning Model, Role Playing.
Inayah Hani Sartika Dodik Mulyono Citra Raflesia ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 2024-12-31 2024-12-31 7 2 38 46 10.31539/joes.v7i2.10715
