Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of discipline coaching and online presence on job satisfaction of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at XYZ Agency. The method used is quantitative with a descriptive and associative approach. Primary data was obtained through an online questionnaire distributed to 76 ASN using a simple random sampling technique. The research instrument has been tested for validity and reliability, with the results showing that all question items are valid and reliable. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression techniques using SPSS 27. The results of the analysis showed that both discipline coaching and online presence partially and simultaneously had a significant effect on job satisfaction. The regression coefficient value of each variable was 0.277 for discipline coaching and 0.414 for online presence, indicating a positive contribution to increasing job satisfaction. This finding reinforces the importance of an effective coaching strategy and online attendance system in creating a satisfying work environment for ASN.
